Request for a Quote

If you'd like to have a special piece made by us, please provide the details we need (including the specifications and measurements) in order for us to properly quote you.

Once we receive your request, we will get back to you within 5 days with the specifics of the jewelry and the price (given that we have all the details we need). Should we need further information, we will contact you as well.

This form is to just set up an initial request for inquiry and consultation. For better planning and collaboration between Modern Myth and the client, it is also better that we arrange a meeting in our showroom (book an appointment here).

For special requirements such as engagement rings or wedding bands, planning ahead of time is advisable. Taking into account the whole planning stage and production lead time, it would help us if you can provide the date of when the jewelry should be ready.
